This episode is about luxury, straight up. Our visit brings to Paris's premier chocolatier, Jaques Genin. Monsieur Genin taste Action and Clovis through some of his classic caramel's, that are €110 a kilo no less, and a little pistachio ice cream before taking them into the laboratory. Tasting chocolate and drinking champagne makes you hungry, so Clovis scored a table at Table by Bruno Verjus. Bruno is a true connoisseur and his restaurant is a reflection of that. Action Bronson treats the people of Long Island to an impromptu barbecue on the sidewalk. Bronson had asked his friends at Babylon Village Meat Market to track down a rare cut of beef called Cupim, the muscle on the back of Zebu cow, so he could make his first attempt at grilling the said piece of meat. While the grill is hot, Action's host at the butcher shop breaks out a wide array of dry-aged steaks for the feast.
